For visionaries with a tech product idea that is still just an unclear idea, in the pre-seed phase of launching a startup or in the phase of transforming a side hustle into a full-fledged company. This track is dedicated to tech product/businesses 1 year or less. Participants will get connection points and entrepreneurial education on a variety of concepts critical for a tech startup success.

Program Structure

Excelerate is a 12-week free training program designed with a flipped learning approach. This innovative method flips traditional learning environments by delivering foundational knowledge through digital materials at the beginning of each module. Participants engage with these resources independently, allowing them to study at their own pace and absorb essential concepts before attending interactive learning events.

Pre-learning

Participants access online courses, digital materials, and case scenarios independently before scheduled sessions. This phase enables them to grasp foundational knowledge and concepts.

Interactive Workshops and Seminars

In-person workshops and online seminars are then conducted, focusing on discussions, problem-solving activities, and collaborative projects. These sessions leverage the pre-learned material to deepen understanding and foster practical application.

Capstone Project

At the program's conclusion, participants undertake a capstone project related to their chosen track. This project integrates the knowledge gained throughout the program and encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Post-Program Support and Impact

Upon completing the program, participants are assigned individual advisors who provide personalized guidance and support for three months. These advisors help participants implement actionable insights gained from Excelerate into their business endeavors, ensuring practical application of learned concepts.

After three months of implementation, participants showcase the measurable impact of what they've learned during the Excelerate Alumni Impact Expo. This event celebrates achievements, shares success stories, and fosters networking among Excelerate alumni, mentors, and industry experts.
